What tasks are waiting for you?
- Ensure smooth, efficient operations of our Warsaw office in Q22.
- Lead and develop a small but dynamic team of two.
- Organize and support internal and external events — from intimate team meetings to large-scale meetups (200+ attendees).
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Compliance, Fleet, Employer Branding).
- Manage investment projects such as renovations, workspace improvements, and technology pilots.
- Collaborate with similar workplace teams across the group in Poland and internationally.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with vendors, administrators, and external partners.
- Design and deliver communication plans that connect with our people — understanding their needs, gathering feedback, and constantly improving our workplace experience.
It would be great if you:
- have experience in a similar workplace/office leadership role;
- have a friendly, open, and relationship-oriented approach;
- appreciate a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment;
- show agility and a continuous improvement mindset;
- demonstrate strong ownership skills and the ability to drive initiatives in complex systems;
- have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — written and verbal;
- are confident with data, surveys, budgeting, and creating impactful presentations;
- are fluent in both Polish and English;
- have experience working in or with Scandinavian culture (or a strong willingness to embrace it).
