Working with us you will receive:

  • a full-time position with a permanent contract after a successful 3-month trial period;
  • a meaningful role where your work shapes the culture and experience of an international tech hub;
  • ownership of key areas including compliance, vendors, and workplace operations;
  • a hybrid work model combining remote work and presence in our modern Warsaw office;
  • a generous benefits package (private medical care, sports card, and more);
  • a Scandinavian-style work culture that values equality, autonomy, and work-life balance — no titles, no silos – pure collaboration.

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Ensure smooth, efficient operations of our Warsaw office in Q22.
  • Lead and develop a small but dynamic team of two.
  • Organize and support internal and external events — from intimate team meetings to large-scale meetups (200+ attendees).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Compliance, Fleet, Employer Branding).
  • Manage investment projects such as renovations, workspace improvements, and technology pilots.
  • Collaborate with similar workplace teams across the group in Poland and internationally.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with vendors, administrators, and external partners.
  • Design and deliver communication plans that connect with our people — understanding their needs, gathering feedback, and constantly improving our workplace experience.

It would be great if you:

  • have experience in a similar workplace/office leadership role;
  • have a friendly, open, and relationship-oriented approach;
  • appreciate a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment;
  • show agility and a continuous improvement mindset;
  • demonstrate strong ownership skills and the ability to drive initiatives in complex systems;
  • have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — written and verbal;
  • are confident with data, surveys, budgeting, and creating impactful presentations;
  • are fluent in both Polish and English;
  • have experience working in or with Scandinavian culture (or a strong willingness to embrace it).
