What tasks are waiting for you?

 

  • First-line IT support for administrative users. 
  • Handling tickets in the ServiceNow system. 
  • Managing IT equipment and infrastructure. 
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation. 
  • Administering server applications. 
  • Managing accounts in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365. 
  • Troubleshooting LAN network issues. 

 

It would be great if you have:

 

  • a genuine interest in IT and a passion for technology; 
  • basic knowledge of first-line IT support; 
  • fluency in Polish and English; 
  • a proactive and energetic attitude, and enjoy working in a team; 
  • a willingness to take on new challenges and grow professionally.
