Join our R&D team in Warsaw and help bring leading hearing healthcare solutions to market. Purpose of the position

As a Test Developer, you will be part of an agile team developing a mobile app that supports our most modern and highly complex hearing aids. The solution includes high end features and must be compatible with a wide range of mobile phone models, Bluetooth protocols, and the new Auracast technology.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios (manual and automated)
• Create test plans and support test planning activities
• Track, analyze, and report test progress, risks, and quality status
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team, Management)
• Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement in an agile setup

It would be great if you have:

• Education: preferably higher education (technical or a related field)
• Experience: 2+ years in a related field, including hands on experience with software testing and QA processes
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong quality mindset and attention to detail
• ISTQB Foundation certification (nice to have)
• Motivation to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
• Willingness to learn and apply AI to improve and automate processes
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (a plus)
