Test Developer

Purpose of the position
As a Test Developer, you will be part of an agile team working on releases of mobile app that supports our most modern and highly complex hearing aids. The solution includes high end features and must be compatible with a wide range of mobile phone models, Bluetooth protocols, and the new Auracast technology.

What tasks and activities are waiting for you?
• Testing mobile app
• Improve testing processes within the organization
• Participate in requirements analysis
• Analyze logs and identify issues
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios (manual and ultimately automated)
• Support test planning activities
• Track, analyze, and report test progress, risks, and quality status
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and roles (e.g.: Test Managers and Test Architect, Defect Managers, Development Team)
• Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement in an agile setup
Our expectations for this position:
• Experience: 2+ years in a related field, including hands on experience with software testing and QA processes
• Knowledge of the SDLC
• Knowledge of at least one programming language
• Experience working with medical-grade products (nice to have)
• Proactivity, good work organization
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong quality mindset and attention to detail
• Motivation to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
• Willingness to learn and apply AI to improve and automate processes
• ISTQB Foundation certification (nice to have ISTQB Advanced)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (a plus)
