In Software Solutions, we develop an ecosystem of software for desktop, mobile and cloud solutions -enabling our customers to get the most benefit out of our hearing aids.

We are now looking for a Product Owner for a team delivering cloud platforms and services. With the technical nature of these products in mind – we are looking for a Technical Product Owner, applying product discipline and user-centricity to cloud platforms and services.

What tasks are waiting for you? 

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the agile team. In order to be successful you will:

collaborate closely with cloud architects, development teams, business stakeholders to balance their perspectives, understand business needs and shape the impact of our cloud solutions;
contribute to the vision and cloud roadmap - in collaboration with Product Owners/Managers, Architects and business stakeholders;
own – manage and prioritize – the team backlog, aligned with the architectural runway & business strategy;
support the team in delivering value incrementally, providing insights & scoping decisions guiding the team within their objectives, reviewing the deliveries with an outside-in, customer-centric, quality-focused perspective;
seek and apply feedback throughout the discovery and delivery lifecycle – to learn fast, test benefit hypothesis, ensure optimal business value of the team’s development efforts.

It would be great if you have:

previous experience in an agile software development cycle with global-scale products / systems, preferably in the role of Product Owner/Manager, Project Manager, Software Architect, IT System Analyst;
strong product management skills, ability to apply product and user centricity in your work;
outstanding stakeholders management, technical & non-technical communication skills;
strong sense of ownership, with ability to cooperate and obtain stakeholders buy-in, navigate complex systems, influence decisions at different levels in the organization;
experience working with cloud technologies (preferably MS Azure tech stack) or higher technical education (IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering);
fluency in English and Polish.
