Join our Web Excellence team
As Team Lead, Web Editorial & Training, you will be part of the Digital Marketing organization responsible for ensuring world-class website experiences across our global portfolio of hearing brands.
Your primary focus will be leading and coordinating the editorial team consisting of 5 employees, whereas 2 are interns. The team is based in Warsaw, Poland, responsible for configuring, and maintaining web features delivered by Frontend Developers on our websites built on Sitecore CMS.
Acting as the key point of contact for Digital Marketing Specialists and other web editors regarding Sitecore’s editorial solutions, ensuring efficient processes, consistent quality, and alignment across markets and brands.
Main areas of responsibility:
- lead, mentor, and support the web editorial team in their daily work;
- own detailed planning of editorial tasks and milestones, ensuring timely, coordinated deliveries;
- drive stakeholder management as a confident communicator across markets, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and standards;
- provide technical guidance and support to editors across multiple brands and markets;
- organize and conduct Sitecore training sessions and onboarding for editors and digital marketing colleagues;
- test new Sitecore features and website components, report bugs, and support troubleshooting;
- configure and validate Sitecore features in selected environments when needed;
- create and maintain editorial documentation and process guides;
- coordinate handover of newly developed features to Editor team;
- act as the main point of contact for Digital Marketing Specialists and other web editors regarding editorial processes and Sitecore solutions;
- maintaining an organized, transparent Jira board and ensuring clear communication of team capacity, plans, and milestones.
What you bring:
- proven experience working with CMS systems;
- strong understanding of website structure, content operations, and configuration;
- leadership experience, including excellent soft skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team;
- excellent coordination and organizational skills, with a proactive and structured approach in a dynamic environment;
- excellent English communication, both written and spoken;
- good stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies;
- a positive, team-oriented mindset with an eye for detail and quality;
- experience with managing translation and approval services (is a plus, but not a must).

Practical Information
Location: Warsaw, Poland.
Employment type: full-time work agreement, with a permanent contract after 3 months.
Hybrid setup: 1-3 days per week in the office.
Travel: Minimal (occasional to Denmark if required).
