Purpose of the position:


The Software Developer is part of an Agile Team responsible for the development of the mobile app supporting our most modern and highly complex hearing aids. The solution is packed with high-end features and is compatible with a wide range of mobile phone models, Bluetooth protocols as well as the brand-new Auracast technology.

 

This is a challenging role within a multi‑site, cross‑cultural, international team. As a Software Developer, you will design, build, and deliver high‑quality software, contribute new features, and maintain existing solutions. You will be involved throughout the entire development lifecycle - from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and documentation. We are looking for someone who strives for excellence, continuously develops their skills, and actively contributes to improving team collaboration, development practices, and workflows.

What tasks are waiting for you?

 

  • Analyzing and consulting design requirements with team members and external teams
  • Designing, modeling, implementing and testing solutions in accordance with design requirements.
  • Participation in planning and estimating the cost of the design requirements together with the team ang Agile Release Train (ART)
  • Identifying and repairing defects according to adopted process
  • Solving critical errors of produced software under control of people coordinating this work
  • Creating and reviewing the technical documentation in accordance with design requirements 
  • Co-creation of the software architecture 
  • Solving complex design problems

 

It would be great if you have:

 

  • Solid programming skills in C#/.NET
  • Optional: experience with MAUI/WPF frameworks, native mobile development (Java/Kotlin or ObjectiveC/Swift), Test-driven development (TDD), AzureDevOps pipelines, Mobile App deployment
  • About 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
  • A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Understanding of the software agile lifecycle processes
  • Inquisitive approach to new solutions and ideas
  • A strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Motivation to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
