We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Scrum Master / Team Coach to support our Apps ART teams. 
In this role, you will guide multiple software development teams, helping them work efficiently in a SAFe environment while contributing to innovative solutions improving the lives of people with hearing loss.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Act as a Team coach for several Scrum teams working in a SAFe environment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. 
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine team backlogs, ensuring alignment with program priorities.
• Promote continuous improvement and support the development of high-performing teams.
• Champion Agile and SAFe principles by ensuring disciplined ways of working and enabling teams to consistently deliver high quality increments of value
• Monitor, analyze, and act on key performance metrics, guiding teams to achieve or exceed their PI objectives.
• Resolve cross-team dependencies by collaborating closely with fellow Scrum Masters and RTEs, removing obstacles that impact flow or delivery
• Influence and elevate Agile maturity by mentoring team members, stakeholders, and leaders, strengthening alignment and collective effectiveness. 
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and experimentation, empowering teams to rapidly test, learn, and evolve MVPs through a fail-fast mindset.

Apply today if you:

• have 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 1 year in a SAFe environment.
• have solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe principles.
• have strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills;
• can manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
• have “can do” attitude and are motivated by guiding teams toward constant improvement mindset
• are fluent in English, both spoken and written
   

It would be nice if you:

• have experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerBI or similar tools
• are familiar with Lean principles and continuous delivery pipelines
• hold a degree in computer science or a related field
