Cloud ART is part of Software Solutions (SWS) in R&D, Hearing Instrument Group (HIG) operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). SWS develops digital hearing solutions - fitting software for hearing care professionals and mobile apps for hearing instrument users. In Cloud ART - we build and operate cloud platforms & services to support these hearing solutions. We also provide trusted data & product insights to guide product development of Demant’s hearing solutions.

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Team Coach in Cloud ART for two agile teams. Are you ready to lead & enable high-performing, self-organized, responsible and always-learning teams? To act as servant leader for your teams, and actively collaborate with RTE on ART-level improvement initiatives?

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Coach and empower teams for: self-organization, focus on outcomes, flow and continuous improvement
• Work for flow with people, processes, tools, and the larger organization
• Actively listen to and assist teams in problem identification, root cause analysis, and decision-making
• Provide leadership by reinforcing SAFe Core values (alignment, transparency, respect for people, relentless improvement)
• Collaborate with RTE and other leaders to support ART improvements and deliveries
• Support the team to operate within our quality management system (QMS), developing and operating high-quality solutions with built-in regulatory compliance

It would be great if you have:

• 4+ years experience in agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) including experience in organizations developing own software products;
• experience in driving organizational change initiatives - beyond the development team;
• understanding of the software development life cycle and modern DevSecOps practices;
• understanding of team dynamics and individual profiles to build high-performing teams;
• strong communication, facilitation, coaching skills;
• proven lean-agile mindset, putting the agile values into practice;
• strong sense of ownership, independence, proactive attitude
• fluency in English
