Here in Warsaw we design, develop and operate software and services supporting audiologists and their patients - users of hearing instruments. Software used by professionals in the clinic, mobile apps for users, and cloud services and platforms which connect the two into a digital ecosystem.
We operate in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and in two of our Agile Release Trains (ARTs) we are now looking for Scrum Masters. One ART develops mobile applications for hearing instrument users, the other – develops and operates cloud services and platforms.
In either of the ARTs – you will act as servant leader in two agile teams and actively participate in ART-wide improvement activities. If you are an individual who is passionate about driving change through coaching, capable of empowering motivated teams, possesses empathy and consistently maintains a positive outlook, we encourage you to apply.
