We are looking for an experienced SEO/GEO/On-Site Search Specialist who will support us in developing the visibility of our websites in search engines. The person in this role will be responsible for end-to-end SEO activities – from technical analysis and optimization, through content strategy, to implementation of adjustments, monitoring results, and recommending improvements.
Additionally, the role includes the optimization and business maintenance of on-site search functionalities on our brand websites.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creativity, can clearly communicate their recommendations, and is comfortable working with many stakeholders.

What tasks are waiting for you?

•    Developing SEO/GEO strategies for the websites of our brands.
•    Plan and create valuable content for boosting our website visibility in AI-generated answers and LLMs (OpenAI, Bing Copilot, Claude, Gemini)
•    On-page optimization (metadata, headers, content, internal linking).
•    Collaborating with developers on technical optimization (Core Web Vitals, indexing, information architecture).
•    Keyword analysis and creating content guidelines.
•    Monitoring results (visibility, traffic, conversions) and preparing recommendations.
•    Creating SEO reports and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.
•    Monitoring and optimizing keywords for websites, along with recommending content for search queries.

Apply today if you have:

•    At least 5 years of experience in SEO at a Digital agency, SEO agency, or client-side.
•    Very good knowledge of:
•    Google Search Console, Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager.
•    SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog).
•    Search tools, especially Algolia.
•    Understanding of how search engines work and current Google algorithms.
•    Strong analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from data.
•    Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of how CMS platforms work.
•    Ability to work in an international environment with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
•    Cross functional collaboration with Frontend, Brand, IT, Analytics teams
•    Independence, good organization, and proactivity.
•    you are fluent in English (B2 level or higher)

It would be nice if:

•    Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals.
•    Knowledge of Sitecore CMS.
•    Experience conducting SEO for multiple markets in different languages.
•    Understanding SEO content principles and ability to create SEO-optimized content.
•    Experience in med-tech or regulated industries
