Product Support Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Product Support Engineer to join our InMarket Product Support team in Warsaw.
In this role, you will work with embedded software and defective device investigation. Together with the team, you will ensure a fast response to field feedback by investigating cases and creating high-quality design changes to resolve issues. Overall, you will help elevate technical maintenance and continuous improvements for our hearing instruments and accessories.
You will join an international team that supports each other and continuously shares feedback and knowledge to improve results.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Diagnose hearing aids devices or connectivity devices with debugging tools.
- Investigate devices quality issues together with R&D developers and testers.
- Take ownership of defect creation and follow up when quality issues are identified.
- Monitor different internal data tools to analyze market feedback and report quality issues.
- Collaborate with the software support team to drive devices software quality.
- Support technical maintenance and continuous improvement for hearing instruments and accessories.
Apply today if:
- You hold a BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded devices.
- You are willing to work with device diagnostic and various debugging tools.
- You have good knowledge of embedded systems and wireless protocols, especially Bluetooth Low Energy.
- Experience with defect tracking tools and follow-up with defects.
- You have a detail-oriented working style and can manage parallel tasks in a structured way.
- You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
It would be nice if:
- Experience with embedded system programming.
- Experience diagnosing devices and driving quality issues with a high-quality mindset.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders including R&D teams and production colleagues.
