Product Owner

About the role:

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our Web Development Team and take ownership of Demant’s global web platforms. You’ll work closely with business, marketing, and tech teams to drive digital solutions across markets and brands.

This is not a pure backlog management role. We need someone who understands the bigger picture, can challenge decisions, and help the team deliver real value, not just features.

What you’ll do:

• Align roadmap with business goals, marketing needs, and technical reality
• Challenge assumptions and help prioritize what really matters
• Drive delivery with the team, planning sprints, releases, and milestones
• Own and manage the product backlog, continuously refining and prioritizing work
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the team in delivering highquality solutions
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Ensure alignment on scope, priorities, trade-offs, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly
• Ensure solutions meet standards (e.g., accessibility, privacy, security)
• Collaborate on continuous improvements of processes, workflows, and tooling

Who you’ll work with:

You’ll collaborate with developers, architects, QA, Sitecore specialists, designers, content editors, and marketing stakeholders.
You’ll be the go-to person for your product, representing both user needs and business priorities toward the team.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Product Owner (or similar) in web/digital projects
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum ways of working
• Experience with CMS-driven platforms and integrations
• Ability to translate complex needs into simple, clear requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of web technologies (APIs, frontend/backend basics)
• Comfortable working in an international setup
• Pragmatic and outcome-focused
• Not afraid to challenge and ask 'why'
• Strong, clear communicator
• Structured but flexible
• Team player
• English B2
