Our Ambition:  

Consolidating and re-use of data and assets to as many channels as possible using our Digital Business Systems as the one source of truth for distributing Product Marketing data and Marketing content to our outbound channels - for bringing value to our customers.  

 

Why your role is important:  

The Metadata Coordinator ensures the quality of our Brand, sales, marketing assets. By doing this we can ensure our Brand consistency and that our colleagues, customers, integrated channels, and other stakeholders have the most recent and accurate information. You will be part of our Digital Business Systems team which have Business ownership of our PIM (Product Information Management), DAM (Digital Asset Management) & Video Systems - Where our ambition is to combine these systems through a common Metadata and taxonomy model to get the most value and Business Benefit out of the systems. This team is a part of the Global Marketing team and on daily basis you will work with the colleagues both in Warsaw, Szczecin and in Denmark. You will be working with modern hearing instruments in an international organization mastering the most advanced technologies and with colleagues that challenge you professionally to be at your best.

What tasks are waiting for you?

 

  • Ensure all assets are tagged and uploaded with the right Metadata and in the right quality.  
  • Work with internal teams to maintain, design and build the right structure in our DAM and video systems. 
  • Manage and support security model for asset data distribution. 
  • Regularly review and audit the DAM and Video systems to ensure its cleanliness.  
  • Design workflows for upload, edit and deletion of DAM and Video assets per business requirements together with the internal team.  
  • Maintain rulesets for DAM integrated outbound platforms and channels.
  • Work with our internal engineering team for implementation of custom rules and workflows as needed.  
  • Work with internal stakeholders and internal team to collect business requirements and refine DAM & Video approach.  
  • Work with the digital, graphical and webteams for public-facing content and assets.  

It would be great if you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree ideally in marketing, technology, information management, business, or a related field Preferred;  
  • preferably experience with Digital Assets Manager (DAM) systems; Media Asset Management (MAM) Systems; 
  • commercial mindset and understanding;  
  • experience with taxonomy strategy development and execution;  
  • ability to work autonomously and collaboratively;  
  • exceptional attention to detail and communication skills;  
  • experience with translation and localization workflows;  
  • knowledge of Agile methodology;  
  • fluency in English oral/written;  
  • excellent work organization – Always keeping the overview and able to report statuses anytime;  
  • keeping deadlines and working within internal processes;  
  • quality focus and thoroughness in general;  
  • the ability to work effectively in a remote team, being a good team player; 
  • proactive mindset and good communication skills;  
  • experience in working in international environment (would be a plus);  
  • willingness to travel to the Headquarter in Copenhagen a few times per year.
