We are seeking a Manager and Planner Specialist with Marketing experience in our international office in Warsaw. 


In this role, you will be responsible for planning marketing jobs for Global Marketing and being a Team Manager for 6 Graphic Designers. This role requires strong planning skills, solid understanding of creating content for print and digital, versioning elements for local markets, and the ability to work with colleagues in a global marketing set-up.

Responsibilities

What tasks are waiting for you?


You will play a leading role in the planning and execution of marketing materials, and the main responsibilities include: 

 

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Graphic Designers. Build engagement, well being and good team spirit. 
  • Participate in campaign planning, with focus on Global Marketing activities and follow ups 
  • Own the planning process for multibrand marketing versioning projects.    
  • Ensure effective planning, timelines, and delivery through proactive follow up on resources and deadlines.    
  • Ensure clear, accurate, and complete briefing of jobs/tasks; act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the value chain                                    
  • Allocate jobs and Graphic Designer resources across Global Marketing and balancing demand, capacity, quality and priorities.                                
  • Drive effective communication, overviews, knowledge sharing, and implementation of best practices.
  • Build strong collaboration with stakeholders and experts to support the business. 
  • Use approved AI assisted tools to support graphic production and improve efficiency.
  • Extract, analyze, and use planning data and statistics to improve planning and decision making.

  • You are an experienced Team manager with a strong and structured planning mindset.•    You have substantial experience in planning multiple jobs and tasks, preferably within international companies.
  • You have a solid understanding of creating content for print and digital as well as versioning elements for local markets. 
  • You are an expert in Planning tools.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • You have good communication skills, coupled with drive and self-motivation.
