Manager, Web Content Operations
Role Purpose
Lead a small and growing team responsible for the implementation, publication, and final quality review of web content. The role ensures efficient, high-quality execution of digital content and supports smooth rollout of campaigns across markets.

Key Responsibilities
Web Content Implementation & Publishing (Core Focus)
• Own end-to-end implementation and publication of web content in CMS platforms
• Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent execution of content across sites
• Support campaign launches with efficient setup of pages, components, and assets
Final Quality Review
• Perform final content checks before publication (formatting, links, layout, completeness)
• Ensure content meets defined standards for brand, UX, and accessibility
• Act as the last quality gate before content goes live (not full approval owner)
Campaign Execution Across Markets
• Coordinate implementation of global campaigns into local web environments
• Align timelines and delivery with global and local stakeholders
• Ensure consistent rollout while allowing for local adaptation
Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead, coach, and develop a small, early-stage team of web content specialists
• Build capabilities in content implementation, tools, and best practices
• Create a structured, delivery-focused team culture with clear accountability
Operational Structure & Scaling
• Establish simple, scalable processes for content implementation and publishing
• Improve efficiency through templates, reusable components, and clear guidelines
• Help mature the function from execution support to a more structured operation over time

• Content Owners / Contributors (upstream teams)

Profile & Qualifications / Experience
• 5–7+ years in web content, digital production, or CMS-driven roles
• Experience managing or mentoring small teams
• Background in execution-focused environments (agency or in-house production is a plus)
Skills
• Strong hands-on CMS experience and understanding of web content structures
• High attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a global setup
