Junior Digital Data Analyst

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our global e-business  team. In this role, you will support digital initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and provide valuable assistance to our stakeholders.

  • part-time position (30 hours per week), based on a 1-year contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie);

What tasks are waiting for you?

 

  • Support in maintaining and managing digital analytical tools (Google Analytics, Clarity, Mouseflow, Hotjar), ensuring data accuracy and reporting potential bugs;
  • Monitor data flows to identify friction points or signs of poor user experience and report findings to Product Owners and eBusiness Manager;
  • Provide support to sales companies in resolving digital data-related questions and issues;
  • Collaborate with various departments working with digital data to gain cross-functional knowledge and build cooperation;
  • Assist in analytical project management tasks to develop your skills in project-based work.

  • are familiar with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Looker Studio or other visualization platforms (experience is a plus, not a must);
  • are interested in digital marketing, customer behavior, and digital analytics;
  • are fluent in English – written and spoken.
