We are seeking a Graphic Designer with animation experience in our international office in Warsaw. 
In this role, you will be responsible for developing high quality visual assets and marketing elements, which support the company’s brand identity and communication objectives. This role requires strong design fundamentals, confidence with modern design and motion graphics tools, and the ability to work with colleagues in a global marketing set-up.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Develop visual assets and marketing elements in full compliance with Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) guidelines across all materials.
• Create and develop graphic materials as well as motion graphics for a wide range of communication purposes and channels.
• Translate briefs and concepts into clear, effective graphic layouts.
• Finalize artwork to production-ready standards.
• Maintain strong graphic coherence and consistency across all visual elements and platforms.
• Plan and manage production workflows to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Adapt and localize UK master materials into relevant languages, brands and market specific versions.
• Continuously develop, maintain, and optimize graphic and production-related processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
• Use approved AI assisted tools to support graphic production and/or efficiency.
• Present your layout and explain design decisions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

• You are an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong quality mindset.
• You have a formal education as a Graphic Designer or equivalent professional background.
• You have a strong understanding of branding, layout, print production as well as motion graphics.
• You are an expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially in InDesign but also have some experience with Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Experienced in using Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• You have good communication skills, coupled with drive and self-motivation.

It would be nice if:

• You also have some experience in e.g. Blender for 3D modelling, renderings and animations.
• You have some experience with Figma (or similar collaborative design tools), interactive PDF’s and/or IPaper.
