We are seeking a Graphic Designer with Packaging experience in our international office in Warsaw. 
In this role, you will be responsible for developing packaging layout, which support the company’s brand identity and communication objectives. This role requires strong design fundamentals, confidence with modern design tools, and the ability to work with colleagues in a global marketing set-up.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Develop packaging layout and marketing elements in full compliance with Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) guidelines across all materials.
• Translate briefs into clear, effective graphic layouts.
• Finalize artwork to production-ready standards.
• Maintain strong graphic coherence and consistency across all visual elements.
• Plan and manage production workflows to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Continuously develop, maintain, and optimize graphic and production-related processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
• Use approved AI assisted tools to support graphic production and/or efficiency.
• Present your layouts and explain design decisions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

• You are an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong quality mindset and packaging experience.
• You have a formal education as a Graphic Designer or equivalent professional background.
• You have a strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and print production.
• You are an expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• You have good communication skills, coupled with drive and self-motivation.

It would be nice if:

• You have experience with Adobe Dimension.
