Global Web & CRO Specialist

Audika Group is part of Demant’s global hearing healthcare organization. Audika is the Hearing Care division of Demant and is among the world’s leading hearing care retailers with more than 3,000 hearing clinics across 25 markets. The position is based in Demant Technology Centre in Warsaw and supports Audika Group’s global web program. 

By joining our global web team, you will work across markets, cultures, and perspectives in close collaboration with dedicated colleagues across the organization. 

In this role, you will help drive the development and optimization of websites across a portfolio of markets, supporting global initiatives in web performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.

What tasks are waiting for you? 

• Collaborate with a portfolio of markets to optimize web acquisition performance. 
• Identify, share, and apply best practice solutions across markets. 
• Develop new web and AI solutions and implement them across your portfolio of markets. 
• Develop web content based on performance data and customer insights. 
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. 
• Develop web strategies and roadmaps while supporting the global CRO program. 
• Enhance brand presence and optimize content to clearly communicate value propositions across websites. 
• Manage relevant web and CRO-related projects. 
• Provide Sitecore (CMS) support to markets and relevant stakeholders. 

Apply today if: 

• You have proven expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B testing (3–5 years). 
• You are passionate about new digital possibilities and AI and enjoy using them to create smarter web experiences. 
• You have hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore experience is not required). 
• You have strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills (GA4, GSC, Hotjar or similar tools). 
• You have strong stakeholder collaboration skills and enjoy working across markets and teams. 
• You have a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative digital solutions and content. 
• You are a clear communicator who can translate results and insights into concrete next steps. 

It would be nice if: 

• You have experience working with Sitecore. 
• You have experience from healthcare or other regulated industries.
