Global Paid Search Manager

Audika Group is part of Demant’s global hearing healthcare organization. Demant develops, produces and sells hearing aids. Audika Group is among the world’s prominent hearing care retailers with more than 3,000 hearing clinics across 25 markets. The position is based in Demant Technology Centre in Warsaw and supports Audika Group.

We are currently expanding our digital marketing capabilities in Poland, where this role will sit alongside a new Paid SoMe Manager. Although you are based in our Warsaw hub, you will be an integrated member of our central marketing team in Denmark and report directly to a manager located there.

Nine markets have already been fully integrated to the Global Paid Search Program. Two Global Paid Search Managers run their activities, executions and road maps.

About the role:

Your responsibility is to go onboard new markets with a focus on ensuring a smooth transition and strategic alignment. You will drive the innovation and exploration of the paid search channel and motivate and involve relevant stakeholders and colleagues on paid search tactics and optimizations.  Once you have onboarded the markets, your main task is to execute and monitor the channel to improve performance will be done in close collaboration with both your local and global colleagues in the markets. You will experience good support from your team when it comes to cultures and viewpoints of the markets.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Onboard five markets to our Global Program throughout 2026.
• Develop and maintain strategy and plan for development of paid search channels in your portfolio of markets
• Refine and implement best practices for the paid search channel.
• Develop and maintain yearly road maps for each market.
• Improve the commercial performance of investing in paid search channels in each market.
• Collaborate closely with our web team, analytics team, paid search agency, local & global stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance.
• Monthly performance evaluation meetings with markets.
• Help solve challenges and problems related to paid search.

• You communicate confidently in English, both written and verbal 
• Posses over five years of experience in paid search marketing, where you have experience in coordinating campaigns, managing budgets, and implementing improvements to reach significant goals.
• Have extensive experience with SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, YouTube, Display and GA4.
• Have interest in cutting-edge paid search technology that inspires you to seek out novel tools and approaches for elevating performance.
• Have a problem-solving mentality and a can-do attitude.
• Like to share your insights and build trust with stakeholders.

• Experience from working in an international environment and Global organizations.
