Director, Web Excellence

We are looking for an experienced digital leader to elevate our web strategy. Based in our Warsaw office, this senior leadership role offers the opportunity to support and lead a team of specialists in reaching the next level of web excellence.

As the leader of two managers and two specialists, you will oversee our Web Development Team & Training and Editorial Team based in Warsaw, as well as two Web Excellence Specialists based at HQ near Copenhagen, Denmark. Your key role will be to support their development while ensuring innovation, operational excellence, and world-class content across all our web properties.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing in corporate HQ and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of Demant’s global web channels.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Define and implement the global web strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and high-quality user experiences.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of developers, editors, and specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Implement processes and standards to ensure consistency, performance, and quality across all web channels.
• Collaborate closely with global business units, marketing teams, local markets, IT, and external partners to deliver innovative web solutions.
• Ensure web channel knowledge and skills are shared across the organization through training programs and editorial support.
• Monitor performance metrics, gather insights, and drive continuous improvement based on data and user feedback.

• You have strong analytical skills and knowledge of web analytics, SEO, UX, and performance optimization.

• You have experience managing distributed or remote teams across multiple locations.
