Business Analyst

Demant in Warsaw is looking for a passionate Business Analyst who will help us to make a life-changing difference to people living with hearing loss. You will join the data analysis team supporting mobile app, fitting software and cloud solutions that work with modern hearing instruments, diagnostics devices, and medical software. What taks are waiting for you?

• Understand the business domain, Demant’s system architecture and products functionality. 
• Become an active member of  SAFe Agile Release Train to support agile teams in daily deliveries, secure stakeholder management, facilitate cooperation within and outside the team.  
• Work directly with stakeholders to identify and elicit business needs for data insights and advise on the best solution.  
• Design mock-ups for PowerBI reports and evaluate proposed solutions with stakeholders. 
• Document the requirements and designs according to company quality management systems. 
   

It would be great if:

• You have 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, system analyst, product owner or related. 
• You are fluent in English, enabling you to work effectively in multinational teams on daily basis. 
• You have excellent technical and non-technical communication skills. 
• You know UML and BPMN notation, modeling tools as well as Jira and Confluence. 
• You have a higher degree in a subject with focus on business analysis, system analysis or software development. 
• You have strong analytical skills and agile mindset. 
• Are Familiarity with PowerBI and knowledge of SQL will be a strong plus. 
• Have Experience in cooperating with User Experience Designers, UX Researchers will be a plus. 
• Knowledge about healthcare industry will be a plus.
