What tasks are waiting for you?

• Translating business requirements into user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria for development teams to work from.
• Analyzing and mapping business processes, systems, and data across our systems landscape and ensure solutions will comply and integrate seamlessly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
• Work closely with our Product Owner and other stakeholders to conceptualize and design solutions that meet business and customer needs.
• Develop detailed functional documentation, including user story mapping, end-to-end process flows and data models.
• Work closely with teams across the organization, including product management, solution architects, developers, QA-test and deployment to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
• Assist in the testing and validation of new features and enhancements to the e-commerce platform to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

It would be great if you have:

• higher education within IT, finance, business administration or data analytics;
• experience working in an IT environment with a strong analytic understanding of processes, data and systems;
• 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role – preferably in a global context;
• exposure to agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in agile teams; preferably certification and experience working with SAFe;
• strong experience in client requirements analysis and documentation (writing product functional documentation including current state vs target state, process diagrams, user story acceptance criteria);
• very strong communication skills with ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders;
• hands on experience with manual testing, writing documentation for UAT tests and user guides;
• great attention to detail and problem solving;
• fluent in spoken and written English and Polish is a must.
