BI Developer

We are seeking a skilled BI developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design and implementation of data models based on multi-layer data architecture and building reports in PowerBI based on those data models; supporting business intelligence, analytics, and operational needs.

What tasks are waiting for you?

 

  • Create and maintain reports in PowerBI.
  • Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Optimize data models for performance and scalability.


It would be great if you:

 

  • are proficient with Power BI and DAX for data visualization
  • are proficient in Python, PySpark, and SQL
  • have experience in implementing ETL processes
  • have good understanding of data modeling principles and BI best practices


It would be nice if you additionally also have:

 

  • experience with unit testing in Python
  • knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks
  • familiarity with Databricks Asset Bundle
  • hands-on experience with Databricks
