Technical Support and Implementation Specialist

We are seeking for a skilled technical support and implementation specialist to join our support team. This individual will be based in Poland and will focus primarily on supporting our European-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to customers, primarily based in Europe
- Participate in phone/ticket support coverage and response to escalated calls and tickets
- Provide remote support to customers using Freshdesk and ScreenConnect
- Manipulate data on the database level using SQL and other tools
- Work on integration solutions with 3rd party systems and applications
- Setup and onboard new clients
- Convert new client data into Blueprint OMS using SQL and other tools
- Escalate technical issues to the Level 3 team as needed
- Develop and maintain technical documentation as needed
Requirements
- Understanding of IT security best practices
- Is a problem solver at heart, able to approach complex technical challenges and find creative and efficient solutions
- Computer science/IT education or related program.
- +3 years’ experience with databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals
- Fluent in English
- Able to travel to our USA-based office
