As a Workday Security and Integration Specialist, you will help us transform our Workday platform and integrations.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Design and implement functional security in Workday to ensure a scalable and secure platform in line with our  Growth 27 strategy, supported and in collaboration with our Consultancy partners.
• Revise and optimize the roles and access for different functions in Workday, such as HR Partner, Recruiter, Payroll, etc., as well as other roles outside of the People function.
• support the company-wide initiative to streamline the roles and accesses across our ERP landscape (Identity and Access Management), using Workday as the starting point and integrating with other platforms such as Active Directory, Profisee (Integrations platform), Salesforce, Navision/Business Central, and BI Cubes.
• Act as the functional integration SME for enhancing the People Technology landscape with connections to more and smarter platforms.
• Design, advise and build new integrations to payroll platforms, BI cubes, time tracking and other applications, using Workday Studio, Orchestration and other innovative tools such as ‘boomerang integrations’ and Workday Extend
• Manage stakeholders and participate in projects with our partners and internal customers
• Manage support tickets in our JIRA support environment related, but not limited to, integrations and security. We are a slim team and work as one team too, we help each other across modules in Workday!
 

It would be great if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in Workday integration and security, preferably with a certification in Workday Integration or Security.
• Poses strong knowledge of Workday functional areas, business processes, and security domains.
• Are experienced in building and maintaining integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Can work with complex data sets and perform data analysis and validation.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric mindset, we are acting as both advisors and doers to our stakeholders.
• Can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
