UX Designer

Now Össur is seeking a passionate User Experience Designer to help shape and enhance our customer-facing digital products. As part of an international, cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, seamless user experiences. We are looking for a dynamic person with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset and a drive to improve customer interactions.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Leading UX design efforts from user research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing;
• Collaboration with UX/UI designers, developers, project managers, and key stakeholders to ensure cohesive digital experiences;
• Designing user flows and interfaces that align with business goals and customer needs;
• Supporting sales, marketing, and customer service teams by creating UX solutions that enhance customer engagement;
• Conducting usability evaluations and iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights.

It would be great if you have:

• strong critical thinking and analysis skills;
• excellent command of English and effective communication abilities;
• experience with UX methodologies, including research, wireframing, and prototyping;
• proactive, detail-oriented & well-organized approach to work;
• proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping;
• a portfolio demonstrating UX projects and design processes;
• relevant education and/or professional experience in UX design;
• ability to collaborate in an international and interdisciplinary environment;
• experience in conducting user research and usability testing, as it will help shape data-driven design decisions;
• familiarity with quantitative UX analysis using tools like Hotjar;
• experience in design systems;
• previous experience working in the medical or healthcare industry.
