We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Data and Reporting Specialist to join the Group Tax team in Szczecin. In this role, you will become part of our global Transfer Pricing team, supporting transfer pricing reporting and compliance across the Demant Group. You will work closely with experienced specialists in Poland and Denmark, contributing to international finance projects while driving improvements in data reporting and the use of technology within the transfer pricing area.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Prepare the Group's Country-by-Country Reports, including both non-public and public reporting for the EU and Australia
• Analyze Country-by-Country reporting data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage the global Management Fee process, including data collection, calculations, allocations, and documentation
• Support the extraction and processing of intercompany financial data for upload to the Demant transfer pricing documentation tool
• Participate in global finance projects related to intercompany reporting and optimization of transfer pricing processes
• Perform ad hoc transfer pricing analyses and financial data reporting
• Collaborate closely with the Transfer Pricing team in Szczecin and Denmark to support global transfer pricing activities

• You have an educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• You communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written
• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with financial data

• You are proactive, self-driven, and eager to take initiative
• You are willing to travel internationally, including regular business trips to Denmark

It would be nice if:

• You have experience working with group consolidation systems, ERP systems, or financial data cubes
• You are an advanced user of Excel, Power BI, Adobe Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• You have experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve reporting and data analysis processes
