Test and Validation Specialist

We are looking for a Test & Validation Specialist to support and execute validation activities for IT systems within our Hearing Aids business unit. In this role, you will work closely with IT, QA, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure systems are implemented and maintained in a compliant state. You will contribute to validation documentation, testing activities, and audit readiness in line with internal procedures and industry standards.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus);
• Have several years of experience working in enterprise IT environments;
• Have knowledge of IT processes, system integrations, and end to end data flows;
• Have experience with testing and/or systems validation in a regulated or quality driven environment;
• Are familiar with working according to QMS procedures;
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

It would be nice if you:

• Have Internal Auditor training or experience supporting audits;
• Stay up to date with relevant technologies and industry standards;
• Have experience working with change management or compliance activities.
