Test Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Test Lead for our ambitious transition to the D365 F&O and CE and family of products targeting marketing, call center and clinic business processes. In this role, you will join the forefront of innovation in hearing healthcare and collaborate with an esteemed global entity.
Your role involves partnering with fellow architects, various development groups, and key contributors across the organization to build and maintain a robust and scalable technical infrastructure; empowering teams focused on products and projects to improve services for our customers and support the expansion of the business.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Test & Release Engineering
  Design, implement, and continuously improve test and release strategies that ensure high software quality and predictable delivery. Take ownership of test plans, environments, and release readiness, ensuring alignment with project milestones and business objectives.
• Hands-on Planning & Collaboration
  Actively contribute to test planning, execution, and release activities. Work closely with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify risks early, and ensure test coverage is fit for purpose.
• Quality Execution
  Lead by example through hands-on execution of testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. Ensure defects are identified early, clearly documented, and followed through to resolution.
• Release Engineering
  Support the release process by contributing to version control, build pipelines, deployment validation and release verification. Implement and evolve test automation and tooling to improve reliability, repeatability, and speed of delivery.
• Quality Monitoring & Improvement
  Analyze test results and quality metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement areas. Communicate test outcomes, quality risks, and release readiness transparently to project stakeholders.
• Continuous Quality Culture
  Promote and enforce quality engineering best practices across teams. Act as a quality champion, driving continuous improvement in test approaches, automation, and engineering standards throughout the software lifecycle.

It would be great if you have:

• Degree in computer science or similar;
• Very good spoken and written English;
• More than 3 years’ experience in software testing process (including automated testing);
• Good analytical thinking and skills;
• Structured approach to tasks;
• Strong, energetic team player personality;
• Testing certification;
• Experience with programming languages;
• You are familiar with the leapwork test tool;
