Senior Global HR Process Specialist
The Senior Global HR Process Specialist (Global HR Process Owner) plays a key role in supporting the design, optimization, and governance of end-to-end global HR processes. Working closely with the Global Process Manager, Centers of Expertise, HRBPs, and other stakeholders, this role contributes to standardizing and continuously improving HR workflows, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a seamless manager and employee experience. The specialist supports process governance, monitors performance metrics, and collaborates on HR technology and automation initiatives, while also helping drive change management, training, and adoption of global HR process standards across regions.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Identify, design, implement, and maintain best-practice global end-to-end HR processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a seamless manager/employee experience aligned with HR strategy.
- Analyze and redesign existing HR workflows, identifying gaps, pain points, and optimization opportunities.
- Partner closely with CoPs, global and local SMEs, COEs, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders to co-design and optimize global HR processes.
- Facilitate process mapping workshops with business units and HR teams.
- Support the culture of HR Process Excellence by building awareness, promoting best practices, focusing on superior manager/employee experience and embedding continuous improvement – across HR.
- Partner with the HR Digitalization Team on HR system automation initiatives, ensuring optimized process flow and integration across platforms.
- Translate global process requirements into system configuration needs (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors) to support effective design and deployment.
- Ensure testing activities for global HR process implementations and changes are completed in alignment with defined global process designs and quality standards.
- Develop and deliver training to global and local HR teams and key stakeholders to ensure consistent understanding and application of global HR process standards.
- Lead or support change management efforts for new or enhanced processes.
- Anchor global HR process change initiatives and actively support the tracking and monitoring of user adoption to ensure processes are fully embedded and sustained.
Apply if you have:
- experience in HR process management, continuous improvement, or HR operations in an international environment
- proven experience with process mapping and optimization methodologies as well as with HR Information Systems
- solid experience operating within global or matrix organizations, managing diverse stakeholder groups, and effectively working through lengthy, multi-layered decision processes
- strong understanding of core HR processes (e.g., hire-to-retire, talent management, organizational management)
- solid understanding of data quality, reporting processes, and HR operating models
- proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Signavio).
- solid working knowledge of ServiceNow (HRSD) and SuccessFactors.
- strong analytical, problem-solving skills, structured and detail-oriented
- full professional proficiency in English is essential for this role
- strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across cultures and time zones
- proactive mindset with a strong orientation toward continuous improvement
- ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable HR process solutions
- HRIS configuration or functional knowledge considered an advantage.
