We are seeking a motivated Senior Business Analyst to support Demant’s Hearing Care retail business. In this role, you will deliver advanced reporting and actionable insights to support global retail operations. You will work independently, manage projects and analytical processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations. As a senior member of the team, you will also support the development of junior colleagues by providing guidance and reviewing their work.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards supporting retail performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert and super user for reporting and analytics tools.
• Present analytical findings to stakeholders and support data-driven decision making.
• Lead projects or processes related to analytics, reporting, and data improvements.
• Coach and review the work of junior analysts, providing guidance and feedback.
• Drive adoption of global analytics standards and influence strategic decisions through insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions support business needs.
