About the role

We are looking for a structured and technically minded Project Coordinator to support our Global IT organization. Your first major assignment will be to coordinate a longterm Windows Server upgrade initiative, requiring excellent planning, followup, and communication skills. You will work independently, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution across a complex IT environment.

What tasks are waiting for you?

Coordinate the Windows Server upgrade project, ensuring structured planning, follow up, and execution
Collaborate with network, integration, application, and external vendor teams to support drive cross functional project activities
Track timelines, risks, issues ensuring consistent documentation and reporting
Ensure smooth day to day coordination and act proactively to remove blockers and maintain project progress
Work independently while building strong working relationships across the organization

have experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator or similar role with a strong sense of structure and organization
have good technical understanding especially related to servers, infrastructure, or IT operations
are self motivated, detail oriented, and able to work independently
communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
are comfortable coordinating cross functional workstreams and external vendors
speak fluent English

It would be nice if you:

have experience with Windows Server environments or Microsoft server operations
have worked in infrastructure or security focused projects
