As a Procurement Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in both direct and indirect procurement activities by analyzing and categorizing procurement data, ensuring accuracy, and providing actionable financial insights to category managers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI, possess a strong understanding of procurement processes, and have the ability to communicate financial insights that will help shape strategic decisions for the organization.

What tasks are waiting for you?

 

  • Analyze direct and indirect procurement data to track spending, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for savings. 
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel) to support data-driven decisions. 
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in procurement data, including accounts payable and budget alignment. 
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to category managers and stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data processes, reporting standards, and systems integration. 
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to streamline reporting and enhance procurement strategies.

It would be great if you:

 

  • have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field;
  • bring experience as a Procurement Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar role, working with both direct and indirect procurement; 
  • are skilled in Power BI and Excel, especially when it comes to data analysis, reporting, and visualization; 
  • have an analytical mindset and pay strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity; 
  • communicate clearly, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for different stakeholders; 
  • are familiar with procurement software, ERP systems, and know best practices in automation and data visualization; 
  • have experience with budgeting and financial forecasting (a big plus!).
