  • Learning and development opportunities adapted to your needs and supporting your growth
  • Hybrid work model, combining remote work opportunities with work in an office in the Szczecin City Center
  • Flexible working hours
  • Benefits package including social benefits (private medical health care, insurance, sport card, etc.)
  • Scandinavian culture – informal, focused on equality, independence, open dialog, and work-life balance

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Drive and coordinate change management and learning activities across global ERP project tracks.
  • Establish and lead a global super user network, ensuring collaboration between global and local change representatives.
  • Support execution of a common change and learning framework across implementation tracks.
  • Act as a central interface between the project team, business stakeholders, super users, and local change & learning coordinators.
  • Identify change risks, readiness gaps, and resistance points, and support mitigation planning.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities related to project milestones and go‑lives.
  • Drive training approaches including super user enablement, train‑the‑trainer activities, and end‑user learning plans.
  • Coordinate development and maintenance of learning materials and platforms.
  • Monitor training completion, change readiness, and learning effectiveness, and support lessons learned after go‑lives.

Apply today if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Change Management, Education, HR, or a related field.
  • Have hands-on experience with organisational change management and large‑scale transformation initiatives.
  • Have experience from ERP or other enterprise system implementations.
  • Bring cross‑cultural experience from working in international or multi‑country organisations.
  • Understand how digital solutions impact business processes, roles, and end‑user behaviour.
  • Work in a structured way and can manage multiple stakeholders and activities in parallel.
  • Are structured, proactive, and ownership‑driven, who leads by example.
  • Have strong communication skills, and you are able to translate complex change into clear and meaningful messages.
  • Are pragmatic and solution‑oriented, with focus on adoption and business impact.
