What tasks are waiting for you?
- Provide 2nd line support for network-related incidents, including advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
- Monitor, maintain, and improve LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SDN environments
- Configure, administer, and support network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, load balancers)
- Fulfill network service requests and prioritize them based on severity and business impact
- Implement and maintain network security controls, including segmentation, firewall rules, access lists, and Zero Trust principles
- Manage lifecycle activities: patching, upgrades, migrations, and hardware replacements
- Participate in infrastructure and cloud connectivity projects to ensure architectural alignment and network readiness
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents and ensure stable operations
- Document network topology, procedures, and operational runbooks
- Contribute to capacity planning, performance tuning, and improvements in monitoring and alerting
- Perform packet analysis using tools such as Wireshark or tcpdump

- Have several years of hands‑on experience working with enterprise network technologies, operations, and troubleshooting
- Are comfortable managing incidents, identifying root causes, and driving long‑term improvements
- Have experience administering and supporting enterprise‑grade hardware (e.g., Cisco)
- Are confident working with LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies, routing (OSPF/BGP), switching (VLANs, STP), and wireless solutions
- Have experience with firewalls and network security platforms (Check Point, Cisco ASA/FTD, or similar)
- Understand ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
- Have a strong security mindset and consider best practices when designing or adjusting configurations
- Are self‑driven, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
- Communicate clearly and collaborate well with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Are fluent in English
It would be nice if you:
- Have experience with hybrid/cloud networking (Azure, AWS or similar)
- Have experience with network monitoring and management tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco DNA Center, etc.)
