We are seeking a Junior Financial Systems Security Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will support the management of access and security across our finance applications landscape, working closely with Finance and IT teams. You will be involved in day-to-day operations related to access management, internal controls, and system support, while building your expertise in financial systems and security processes within a global environment.

What tasks are waiting for you?

  •  Support user access management processes (granting, modifying, removing access)
  • Assist in maintaining access controls aligned with defined roles and policies
  • Help identify and track Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts
  • Participate in periodic access reviews and validation activities
  • Support management of privileged access and maintain related documentation
  • Assist in administration of finance applications (user setup, basic configuration)
  • Maintain documentation related to access management and controls
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required data
  • Assist in preparing reports on access, controls, and compliance
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to resolve access-related issues

  •  you have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • you have up to 2 years of experience (including internships) in finance, IT support, audit, or similar areas
  • you are interested in systems, data, and security topics
  • you have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with structured processes
  • you have good organizational and analytical skills
  • you have basic knowledge of Excel or similar tools
  • you communicate well and enjoy working with different teams
  • you are proactive and eager to learn
  • you have a very good command of English

 

It would be nice if:

  • you have experience with ERP or finance systems (e.g. DFO, AX, NAV, or similar)
  • you understand basics of access management or internal controls
  • you have supported audit or compliance-related activities
