Junior Application Specialist (ERP)

We are looking for a new colleague who will be working as a Junior Application Specialist in our ERP team in Szczecin, Poland. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you will play a vital role in supporting our business support in our diagnostics companies across various business areas in our ERP system.
Currently we are using Navision 2009 but are in the process of looking for a new ERP solution. We will in the coming months assess Microsoft D365 F&O, and you will play a key role in this project.
As this is a position with professional and personal growth opportunities and a steep learning curve, we are looking for candidates of all experience levels!

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Testing described processes in D365 F&O, documenting findings and identifying possible gaps

• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories to ensure we are developing the right solutions.

• Manage incidents and problems by focusing on processes, people, and systems – ensuring that root causes are addressed, not just the symptoms.

• Provide user guidance to ensure our (new) ERP system is utilized to its full potential.

• Collaborate with the team to execute software testing as part of our ERP release process.

• Have hands-on experience in D365 F&O

• Are fluent in English – both written and oral

• Have a general knowledge about ERP systems as a concept

Nice to have:

• Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNow

• Knowledge about Navision 2009

• Have a master’s degree (IT, Business, or Financial)

• Financial background or experience from a financial related role

Due to the international character of the team, some business trips may occur.
