We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Junior Administration Specialist to join our Administration Team in Szczecin. In this role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, coordinate administrative processes, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and would like to develop their career in administration.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Provide administrative support for employees and guests
- Handle tasks related to the company vehicle fleet maintenance
- Arrange business travels for employees
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence and post
- Support office supplies and office materials procurement processes
- Assist in organizing company events and initiatives
- Update company information and prepare internal announcements
- Help maintain a well-functioning office environment, including cooperation with external facility service providers (such as catering, transportation, hotels, and insurance providers)
- Participate in various administrative projects and tasks as assigned
