IT Monitoring Systems Specialist

As an IT Monitoring Systems Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our infrastructure – acting as a first line of defense, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our global infrastructure.

Working with us you will receive:

• full-time work agreement in the international developing organization, with a permanent contract after 3 months;

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Proactive monitoring of network/server, applications and IT security;

• Basic trouble‑shooting of IT related issues;

• Assigning and escalating more complex incidents;

• Close cooperation with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support;

• Being point of contact for other IT teams.

• have strong written and verbal communication skills in English;

• are ready to work on shifts 24/7;

• have excellent multi‑tasking and communication skills;

• have good IT knowledge and some working experience.

Nice to have:

• Work experience in IT Monitoring Team, Service Desk or user support;

• Being familiar with ITIL.
