IT Application Specialist - Integrations & Output Management
In this role you'll take ownership of our EDI, E-invoicing, and Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) integrations, as well as our output management landscape with Lasernet at the center of it. Working closely with the IT application lead, and solution architects, this is a role that requires both technical depth and a collaborative mindset. You'll work hands-on with integrations across multiple ERP systems and a wide range of output scenarios, while also engaging with stakeholders across the full scope of the business units. You'll be the person who understands the full document and data flow, can diagnose where things break down, and knows how to fix them. What tasks are waiting for you?
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot EDI, E-invoicing, and CTC integrations, ensuring reliable and compliant transaction flows with external partners
- Own the day-to-day operation and development of our Lasernet (low-code) output management solution, including templates, workflows, and integrations with ERP systems
- Act as the go-to expert when integration or output issues arise, diagnosing root causes and driving fixes across the full document and data chain
- Provide Level 2 support for integrations and output management, working closely with our external consultants to resolve complex issues
- Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to integrations and output management
- Own and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and integrations to ensure knowledge is captured and accessible
Apply today if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience working with IT in enterprise environments (in-house or consulting)
- Have hands-on experience with EEDI integrations, including common standards and messaging formats such as PEPPOL/XML or EDIFACT
- Have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Have experience with an output management solution, ideally Lasernet
- Possess solid understanding of ERP systems and how they integrate with third-party applications
- Have proven experience with distributed systems, including a solid grasp of how servers, ports, configuration instances, and services interact in a real-world IT environment
- Have strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to trace and resolve issues across complex integration and output chains
- Are good in stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Use the English language on daily basis and can clearly communicate with people from all around the world
- Are comfortable working with external consultants and vendors to drive issue resolution
- Are structured and detail-oriented, with a habit of maintaining clear documentation
