We are looking for an HRIT Specialist to join our HRIT team and take responsibility for the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors. In this role, you will primarily work with Employee Central and Time Management, contributing to both day-to-day operations and international rollout projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring stable solutions and a positive user experience across multiple European countries.
You will collaborate closely with HR Digitalization Product Owners, HR, and other stakeholders across the organization.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Provide 1st–3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central and Time Management
- Perform system administration, including roles, permissions, and configuration adjustments
- Drive configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of system changes and enhancements
- Participate in HRIT projects and ensure smooth handover of new solutions into operations
- Collaborate with HR, HR Digitalization Product Owners, and global stakeholders to ensure system adoption and understanding
- Proactively contribute to system stability, process optimization, and continuous improvement

- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field
- Have strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management
- Worked in a global HRIT or shared services environment
- Understand HR processes, data structures, and system integrations
- Are an advanced user of Microsoft Office tools
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
