Global Finance Policy Manager

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Stakeholders managing;
  • Develop strategy and long term goals;
  • Managing the  process of finance policies and procedures creation and maintenance: 
    • gather business needs for finance policies creation; 
    • manage policies stakeholders and facilitate consultations and approval process; 
    • coordinate meetings, including preparing materials, background information and proposals; 
    • develop and execute policies communication process; 
    • improve finance policies governance and support policies maintenance process.
  • Create and implement finance policies: 
    • conduct research to support policy analysis and identify areas for policies creation; 
    • develop global processes within finance area; 
    • prepare policy documents; 
    • develop presentations, training materials and educational resources; 
    • close cooperate with other departments under policies implementation.
  • Managing or participate in global projects within finance, 
    including development and implementation of global policies, procedures, controls and process improvements. 

It would be great if you have:


  •  master / bachelor degree in law, administration, finance, accounting or similar; 
  • min. 3 years of similar, independent position;
  •  great communication skills on business level;
  • enthusiasm for cultivating effective relationships and partnerships with diverse body of stakeholders; 
  • ability to work independently and maintain a high focus on quality;
  • experience with policies or procedures at work;
  • fluent spoken and written English enabling participation in and facilitation of international meetings; 
  • professional experience in working with MS Office; 
  • analytical and problem solving skills; 
  • high level of engagement, sense of ownership and proactiveness; 
  • good organizational and project management skills (experience in project management / change management is an asset). 
  • professional finance and accounting knowledge; 
  • work experience in international organization.
