Finance BI Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Financial System Specialist to join our team and develop financial reporting. The Finance System Specialist is a project-related position that involves implementing and developing financial reports within BI, consolidation, budget and forecast solutions. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and a good understanding of BI reporting options. The Finance System Specialist will drive the financial BI development and support the implementation of a consolidation and budget/forecast solution. You will be working in a team of fourteen people in Group Financial Systems that is part of Group Finance. Our global finance team consist of over 600 professionals, and we operate in the areas of Financial Reporting and Compliance, Business Finance, Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Financial Systems. Additionally, approximately 150 finance colleagues in our Shared Service Center in Poland play a crucial role in supporting our global business operations.

What tasks are waiting for you?

•    Implementation of financial reporting within BI, based on business needs and best practice.
•    Participate in the implementation of a new consolidation, budget and forecast tool.
•    Ensure data quality and accuracy and one version of the truth across systems.
•    Communication with various stakeholders across the organization.
•    Conduct training sessions on Finance BI data for Local and Global Finance and other users.
•    Build and maintain financial models for Local and Group Finance and provide insights and recommendations.

Expect an annual travel commitment of 10-20 days depending on implementations.

It would be great if you have:

•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
•    In-depth knowledge (at least 4-5 years) of financial systems, business processes and accounting principles.
•    Knowledge of best practice for financial BI development: Ability to design and implement financial BI solutions that are user-friendly, reliable, and scalable.
•    Knowledge of BI reporting possibilities: Ability to use various BI tools and platforms to create and deliver reports and dashboards that meet business requirements.
•    Knowledge of budget/forecast requirements: Ability to understand and support the budget/forecast process and ensure data consistency and integrity.
•    Financial modeling: Ability to create and update financial models that support decision making and scenario analysis. 
•    Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (AX 2012/D365 F&O will be an advantage).
•    Stakeholder management skills: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders and manage expectations and feedback.
