We’re looking for a Data Migration Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our global IT transformation journey — helping migrate data and configurations from legacy systems to our next-generation CRM/ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365) as part of the OneHearingCare program.

What tasks are waiting for you?

Analyze source and target systems, develop migration plans, and define data cleansing and transformation requirements

Use appropriate tools and scripts to extract, cleanse, transform, and load (ETL) data into target systems
-
Validate data quality and ensure functional accuracy post-migration

Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies

Document mapping, migration logic, and lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement

Ensure all activities adhere to compliance, governance, and data security standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally to ensure successful project delivery

Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field

Have experience with data migration, ETL processes, or database management (e.g., SQL, scripting, or data migration tools)

Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Show excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken

Are structured, proactive, and thrive in collaborative environments

Are open to occasional travel (10–20 days/year)
