Commercial Support Associate

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Commercial Support Associate to support daily commercial operations and help our teams handle cases, orders, customer data and system updates.
In this role, you will work with business systems such as CRM and ERP, follow clear instructions and support routine operational tasks connected to customers, accounts, orders and cases. Your accuracy, attention to detail and willingness to learn will help us keep processes running smoothly and ensure that information in our systems is correct and up to date.

- Handling simple cases, requests and daily support tasks;
- Updating information in business systems such as CRM or ERP;
- Checking customer, account, order or case information;
- Following clear instructions, checklists and process guidelines;
- Making sure tasks are completed correctly and on time;
- Asking questions when something is unclear;
- Escalating more complex cases to the right person;
- Supporting the team with routine administrative and operational tasks;
- Helping keep data clean, complete and accurate;
- Sharing ideas when something could be simpler or clearer.
