Commercial Data Analyst

What tasks are waiting your you?

• Act as a trusted data partner, translating business needs into actionable insights and reporting solutions;
• Build and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards supporting Sales;
• Marketing & Service performance;
• Ensure consistency and governance of KPIs across reporting layers;
• Deliver advanced analysis and insights, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to support decision-making;
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven recommendations;
• Ensure alignment between reporting outputs and trusted data sources, improving transparency and data quality;
• Drive standardization of reporting and contribute to building a single source of truth across markets;
• Continuously improve dashboards, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities based on business needs and feedback.

Apply today if You:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field;
• 2 years of experience in commercial analytics, BI, or reporting roles;
• have strong expertise in Power BI (dashboard design, data modeling, visualization), SQL and data environments (e.g., data warehouses, lakehouses)
• Understanding of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics;
• have strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into business insights;
• are Excellent stakeholder communication and storytelling skills;
• are ability to work cross-functionally in complex, global environments.
