We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support Demant’s Hearing Care retail business. In this role, you will help support global retail operations by delivering high-quality reporting and actionable insights. You will work with business data, support analytical processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data-driven decision-making.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Assist in creating and maintaining reporting solutions supporting retail performance.
• Support local and global Hearing Care teams with data analysis and insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to reporting and analytics.
• Present insights and analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and structured way.
• Act as a super user for reporting tools and support colleagues with best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve reporting and analytics processes.

• You have experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Looker, or similar BI tools
• You have basic knowledge of SQL or experience working with large datasets
• You can clearly explain analytical findings

• You have experience working with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI
• You have familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or Power Query
• You have basic knowledge of statistical analysis
• You have experience preparing presentations or reports for business stakeholders
