Automation Solutions Specialist

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation workflows supporting commercial processes;
• Implement and optimize AI-based extraction logic (OCR, email parsing, structured inputs);
• Configure and improve prompt flows, confidence scoring, and validation rules to ensure high automation quality;
• Orchestrate automation workflows (queues, retries, exception handling, failover mechanisms) to ensure reliability;
• Build and leverage AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, enabling scalable, production-ready automation and model orchestration;
• Monitor automation performance (accuracy, exception rates, processing time) and continuously optimize solutions;
• Develop and maintain exception handling frameworks with clear categorization and routing logic;
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Data, and business teams to align automation with business needs.

Apply today if You:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field;
• Have 3 years of experience in commercial analytics, BI, or reporting roles;
• Have proven experience building and maintaining automation workflows in production environments;
• Have experience in order processing, document processing, or similar automation domains – this is a strong advantage;
• Are experienced with automation workflows, APIs, and event-driven architectures;
• Understand AI/ML concepts, including OCR, NLP, prompt engineering, and confidence scoring;
• Demonstrate a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset;
• Can translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
